Easy spikers team coordination?
It seems to me, collecting random people from HA to make the spike team lacks the bonding and coordination when it comes to the time to spike.
Another problem is that, you have to get everyone on ts or vent, spike test, jump test and everything, by the time you have done all that, you have already spent a portion of your time.
The only method I can think of is to ask people to join the group only of certain rank, but I often find that, even then, these ranked players could sometimes be rubbish. I wonder if any of you have got some good idea to make the spike coordination easier?

Well the ranked people are usually less rubbish than non-ranked ones, but that's a bold statement tbh.
You will need ts/vent in any case. But really the only other way I can think of is by the 'caller' telling everyone to spike at a given time indicated by the 'Time Elapsed' counter on the screen. Like... say it's 1:00. You would spike at 1:10, 1:20, 1:30, etc.
But yeah, I've never seen/heard anyone do this so it's most likely harder than actually having a good caller.
My other suggestion would be to stick with the people you normally spike with, as the more you play together, the more you'll feel 'bonded'.
